When you purchase our risk-free Flat Rate Return Shipping, you can buy with confidence, knowing that, for any reason, you can return your purchase to us easily while avoiding the hassles and charges. If within 30 days, you need to ship your equipment back, we will send you a shipping label at no further cost and handle the logistics of your return.

Please note: It is not mandatory to purchase our flat-rate shipping. You can always return any item within 30 days for a product refund, even if you don't buy Flat Rate Return Shipping.

How it works:

Customer service and your satisfaction are always a top priority at The Furnace Outlet. If you purchased our Flat Rate Return Shipping and your order does not meet your expectations for any reason, please follow the following steps:

1. Contact The Furnace Outlet’s customer service department at help@thefurnaceoutlet.com or (888) 286-0211 to obtain a Return Material Authorization (RMA) and shipping instructions. Products returned to us must have an RMA# to be accepted.
2. Carefully repackage the merchandise in the original packaging, including all parts and paperwork. Returned equipment must be unused, in the same condition as originally delivered, and prepared for return per The Furnace Outlet's instructions to avoid potential damage during transit. All LTL Freight shipments must be boxed and palletized for return.
3. Once repacking has been verified, our customer service department will work with you to schedule a pick-up day and time that works best for your schedule and provide a return label with tracking.
4. We will issue a refund within 5-7 business days of the return receipt.
   
   

Exceptions

We only offer our $39.99 Flat-Rate Return Shipping for the contiguous United States. Currently, we do not provide it to these locations: Hawaii, Alaska, Puerto Rico, the other U.S. territories, and any international address.

Items that are opened, in a used condition, have been installed, or beyond 30 days of delivery may not be returned.

Scratch and Dent products are sold as-is and do not qualify for a refund, return, or exchange. However, the manufacturer's warranty may still apply to these items. Contact information for the manufacturer is included in the product literature.

Terms and conditions

Flat Rate Return Shipping does not cover shipping damage, covered by shipping insurance included with all freight orders at no additional charge. For shipping damage to be covered under insurance, the damage must be noted on the signed Bill of Lading in the presence of the driver when products are delivered. All standard shipping policies apply.

Limited one return per order, with unlimited items on that order available for return when shipped simultaneously. If you have placed more than one order with The Furnace Outlet, items available for no-cost return under Flat Rate Return Shipping must be on the same order that contains the purchase of Flat Rate Return Shipping.

Flat Rate Return Shipping cannot be returned for a refund. Excludes customer-requested rerouting, liftgate service, or storage which may incur additional fees.

Refunds

Once the item is received back, it will be inspected by our team. We will notify you that we’ve received and checked your return and let you know if the refund was approved. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method.

Please remember it can take 7-14 business days for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund. If your original payment method was made by wire, check, or ACH, you would be offered store credit or a check refund. For more information, please review our Return and Refund Policy.
