6 Signs of a Bad AC Compressor in Your Home

When your air conditioner is running but the house isn’t getting cooler, it’s easy to assume the compressor has failed. After all, the compressor is one of the most important—and potentially expensive—components in a central air-conditioning system.

But compressor problems can be tricky.
